		<description>Thank you for the quote, and for reading my very long and technical blog! Temescal could be the very definition of a transit-oriented neighborhood if it weren&#039;t so underdeveloped. Did you click on the Afterglow link? You can see, even in the owner&#039;s own picture, that it&#039;s in an outdated building. Temescal can do what Rockridge didn&#039;t - accommodate all the people that want to live there by building new residences when the opportunity arises. Rapid Bus can work if people are there to use it. There&#039;s so much potential - it&#039;s really shameful that our city staff isn&#039;t embracing it.</description>
